Meet Kadesha

Kadesha Carroll, founder of Charisma Events & Consulting, received her Bachelors of Arts in Spanish and her Masters in Business Administration.   In 2008, she started her career with a major consumer electronics company, where she managed marketing efforts for new technologies, which included marketing events. Not to her suprise, she loved the event planner portion of this role! After that role, Kadesha was determined to discover her God Given purpose.  

Kadesha does not only know business--she knows planning! She is called  "Mrs. Planner" by her friends & family!  In 2010, after marrying (and planning her own wedding from an opposite coast) her husband Michael, she thought it was a great time to follow her entrepreneurial dreams.  She knew she had to do something that would allow her to couple her business accumen with her natural planning ability and a business that supported her morals and values. Thus, Charisma Events & Consulting was born in October 2010!

She was and continues to be exstatic about her role as Lead Event Planner because it allows her to do what she does best--plan events and encourage people while helping them prepare for some of the biggest days in their lives--weddings and other special events! Kadesha sees her clients as extended family and enjoys learning their stories and growing with them over the course of the planning period--Her clients absolutely adore her infectious and caring spirit!

Most recently, Kadesha was licensed as a minister, so as the Lord leads she will also begin officiating weddings! She believes in a “work hard, play hard” approach on life. She is always doing something! In her spare time, she enjoys traveling with her husband – especially to visit her family in Delaware, trying new restaurants, walking, and spending time getting closer to God.
